hello, i need some help to erase all activities in my home base 2 at once. erasing per day is a lot of work.

Easiest way would be to format the SD card from the home base

Hi, you could clear the storage on the Homebase2.
To clear the storage on a Eufy HomeBase 2, open the Eufy Security app, navigate to the ā€œDevicesā€ tab, select your HomeBase 2, go to ā€œSettingsā€ > ā€œStorageā€ and then choose ā€œClear Storageā€ to delete all recorded videos stored on the device.
This will permanently delete ALL recorded footage.

Just send me the footage that you want erased. Ill delete it for you.

If you have a hard drive, remove it. Then any addl videos should be much less of a headache. Thereā€™s probably a way to do a hard reset, but Iā€™m not sure how secure that would be.
