Help needed :folded_hands:
Why am I getting this crackling sound on my indoor camera? It’s the E220 camera.
I have restarted it via the Eufy app and unplugged it, should I factory reset it or is there another solution?

I can hear it, I needed to turn up my phone’s volume, it’s a very low staticky kind of sound.
Is the camera near anything electrical?
See if placing the camera in a different location has the same results.

Nothing electrical near by but I will move it and see if that helps solve the problem, thank you for the help :blush:
