Help. Power dashboard not displaying

How can I see the power dashboard in the app?

I have a couple of s300 cameras plugged in to eufy solar panels and connected to a s380 homebase. I have had nothing but problems with solar charging so I started a chat with eufy help. They asked for a screenshot of the power dashboard. Only problem is there’s no link to access the dashboard. All cameras and homebase have latest firmware. The app is latest (I even reinstalled). Is it not available for my cameras?

You know, I don’t think that camera supports the power dashboard??
I think it only works with cameras that have built-in solar panels…
Contact support to verify this or someone here with more knowledge may reply back.

Hi, the eufyCam S300 does not support the Power Dashboard because it does not have a built-in solar panel.
