I have recently purchased an S380 Homebase and 3 S330 cameras with the built in solar panels. 2 of the cameras show charging in the solar dashboard but the third which is in the brightest location always shows no data in the solar dashboard.
Hi, do all three cameras have the same firmware number? You can find that under settings of the camera in General.
Just for the heck of it, if you have easy access to that camera that doesn’t appear to be charging, try temporarily covering half of the solar panel to see if the dashboard changes.

Yes all three have the same firmware version, I updated all three when I first unpacked them but good call.
I’ll try you suggestion at the weekend of covering the sensor. Odd thing is that the other cameras are still showing up on cloudy days as no charging, this one just says no data which makes me think there is a system issue of some sort.
When I tap on that it just restarts the camera, no re-syncing or adding device back to app or HB3.
Strange that they don’t give you that option…
I found this online but, I’m not sure it will work as there isn’t much info on it.
Though I’m not sure if you will need to re-add the device/sync it back to the HomeBase.
press the SYNC button on the camera five times within three seconds until you hear two beeps to restart the camera .
