Hi i have the 4k solar cameras S330 model purchased june 23 i have 6 in total all are working and holding charge but 1. All of a sudden it got low battery but is outside and gets sun its positioned next to another which has great battery. I have tried removing and readding the device. charging via the original power supplied, leaving direct in the sun for the day, charging directly from the home base but nothing will work i cannot get a blue light at all only flashes red when i plug the power lead in . have left to charge for 4 hrs, camera doesn’t get hot. I’m at a loss perhaps a lemon?
Sounds as if you already tried troubleshooting it. Could be defective / lemon.
I would start a support ticket on it with eufy. They’ll have you try some stuff also and if they find it to be defective they’ll send out a replacement.
There’s a 12-month warranty & you have less than 3 months left.
