Hey does anyone knows how come the doorbell camera doesn’t seem to show live feed when away from home or when there’s no activity

Check to see if the doorbell needs a firmware update…
Camera settings _ General_ About Device _ Check for firmware update.

What about your internet? I know you’re probably not home. But it could need a adjustments.
The first thing I start with is unplugging the modem/router for a few min and then plug them back in.
Besides that, maybe the cam doesn’t get a good quality signal?
yes I tried that and also made sure it was 2.4 GHZ as well I’m just not sure what else to do

Yes and then I tried reaching out to support and they are not even sure what the problem is either
I recall reading something here similar and it was a firmware issue.
I would try updating firmware again, but this time when you’re home stand & stay in front of the camera so it detects motion and then try updating the firmware or see if one is available.
