Hey guy I just bought soundcore R50i and i connected it to my bluetooth but i can connect it to the app
And i have Q35 snd it did connect easily
Make sure you have the latest version of the soundcore app installed. Sometimes new models like the R50i need an app update to be recognized. You could also try unpairing them from your phone’s Bluetooth settings first, then search for them directly through the app. Good luck!
