Soundcore R50i earbud is not connecting to the app. Any ideas?

Sorry to hear your Soundcore R50i isn’t connecting to the app — please try the following steps:

:one: Download newest version of the Soundcore app from the App Store.
(If you already have the app, we recommend uninstalling and reinstalling it — overwriting the existing installation isn’t advised.)
:two: Pair your earbuds with your phone first. Please note, the Soundcore app currently does not support computers.
:three: When entering the app for the first time, be sure to grant location permissions when prompted.
:four: If the connection fails, tap “Set Up Manually” to see if your model can be added manually.
If you don’t see R50i listed, please take a screenshot and contact us for assistance.

Once we have these details, we’ll help you troubleshoot further.

After confirming with our technical team, we have to inform you that the Soundcore R50i model does not support the Soundcore app.

Please kindly note that the Soundcore app only recognizes certain headphones and speakers equipped with specific compatibility chips. Some older or simplified models may not be compatible with the app.

However, please don’t worry — the EQ and sound profiles of the R50i have been professionally preset by our product team to deliver balanced audio performance that suits most users.
