Hey guys i recently purchased the eufy security alarm and the e30 indoor cam.
My problem is that when i activate the alarm on the keypad to leave the house the camara does not activate.. only when i activate using the eufy app it works.
Currently using the homebase 2.
Has anyone else experience this problem?
