Hey y’all, my solar cams aren’t recording everything. How do I get it to where it captures any movement and starts to record? Idk if my ex has been deleting them, but I came to think that it may be possible. I can’t access permission in my email to see devices linked to it. I tried changing my phone number and it’s under review till mid March.

Check that you have everything checked under motion detection. Also check your detection zone and maybe try deleting or adjusting it. I’d also turn sensitivity to max, see if then all events are being recorded, then dial it back if it is overly sensitive.
I’ve had similar issues. I suspect it is a technical issue(s) with the solar cameras.
