Has anyone tried to setup multiple Homebase 3’s (S380) for a large house or property?
I saw this on the Eufy Website:
Specifically this section:
“ Optimized Wi-Fi*:
HomeBase S380 extends the reach of your security network by interconnecting base stations and creating a larger network. All of your devices, regardless of which HomeBase they are connected to, can transmit to and store data on HomeBase S380 for centralized storage and processing.
This seems to indicate that multiple homebases can be connected together?
. I am interesting too. Does it working as like as Surveillance station to store its high resolution video via internet to another homebase/NAS which is in another safty place.
At this time I have Eufy #1#2#3 home bases set up. I have some 1st & 2nd generation security cameras set up on home-based #1 & #2 (the older homebases)
And I upgraded several cameras that are connected to S380 homebase.
Everything seems to be working fine I’m just have privacy issues I’m trying to work through right now.
B I have two homebase three units. One is called front and one is called back. The front one is in a front facing window of my house. The back one is in the back facing window of my house. The cameras that is scattered all around are bound to the homebase that is closest to them so the camera is in the front yard are bound to the front homebase and the cameras in the backyard are bound to the homebase back. It works perfectly cross camera tracking works all across everything. They seem to talk well with each other. It’s pretty seamless. Are there problems people are having? I’d be happy to help. Try to figure them out.

I’ll never be buying another homebase 2 or 3 again.
