Hi All, I have the Eufy doorbell with chime but it does not show under Event when there is motion. All the relevant boxes are ticked on the app and I have removed and added again and still no joy. Any suggestions what else I can try? Also, I have 4 Eufy pro 2c cameras and the 2 outside keep going offline, despite having 2 WiFi boosters downstairs . Tried moving the Homebase, connecting to main WiFi box and still the outside cams are going offline. What can I try here? Thank you

What distances are the camera’s to the homebase and the boosters? What’s between any thick walls? Fish tanks or any large amount of water will impact if inbetween
Hi, thanks for your reply. No fish tank, no brick wall and distance between camera and booster is about 2metres.
If I delete the Eufy app and reinstall it, will I need to add all the cameras and doorbell again?
I have deleted the app a couple times to try to fix other issues and never lost any of my 13 cameras and 6 different sensors. After reinstalling the app I just had to log back in with my password and everything was there still
Which doorbell with chime do you have and is it connected to the HomeBase?
The 2C Pro cameras, you can’t use a Wi-Fi booster for them, they can only use the HomeBase Wi-Fi for a connection.
Max range from HomeBase to the camera is about 8.5m.
