Hi all,
some of my cameras in the winter sometimes get water behind the lense which means that they miss some movements and the clips aren’t very clear, any advice on what to do? Thanks

Seems like it’s not properly sealed… contact eufy
Buy a new one
Take the camera indoors to warm up and hopefully demist. I’ve had that a few times and it always clears
