Hi everyone, is there a way for s330/s340 cameras to start recording an event quicker, without the delay? I am missing so many events

Hi, please try to adjust the Sensitivity of your camera on the camera’s Motion Detection page, and please be aware that it’s a balance of the battery life.
Clearly you are not using the S340 at your home because you’d find that your suggestion fails to make any difference in the ‘clip’ / ‘lag time’ between trigger and recording. IF you have access to the programming team that wrote the firmware, they should have knowledge of the issue and should be capable of providing a fix to the S340 firmware. Please note: There are numerous complaints for more than 12 months and Eufy remains without offering a fix.
