I recently bought the Eufy E340 Doorbell with Chime. I also have a HomeBase 3. After a few attempts (2–3 tries), I successfully connected the doorbell to the HomeBase. However, I’m having trouble connecting the door chime — it just won’t pair properly.
The chime takes a long time during the pairing process and eventually disconnects. I have tried resetting it and reconnecting multiple times, but the issue persists.
Has anyone else experienced a similar problem? Any suggestions on how to successfully set up and keep the chime connected would be greatly appreciated.
