Just needed some help. My eufy doorbell keeps recording every 10 minutes and the recording are around 5 minutes. There’s nobody walking past. It only sometimes shows when someone is in front or walking past. Anyone know why this is happening? I’ve tried reducing the sensitivity for motion etc but nothings worked.

Hi, I am having this issue again but it records for 33 seconds each time. Any idea why this is happening please? It keeps giving me notifications for motion detection but nobody there.
Which doorbell do you have? Can you post a screenshot or a video of what the doorbell is seeing. This might help others figure this out.
