Hi everyone 
I have a Doorbell S330 and I don’t receive any notifications on my phone when someone rings the doorbell, even though I have everything turned on correctly in the settings. I should add that I have an iPhone 16 Pro. Does anyone know how to fix this?
Hi, the settings look fine. Try restarting your phone, perhaps something just didn’t take..
I had this happen to my iPhone 12 last year Eufy support recommended deleting the app then reinstalling it and it worked for me. When I deleted the app (not just clearing the cache) I didn’t lose any of my data only thing I had to do was sign back in with my email and my password for the Eufy app. Apparently what caused it was a iOS update
