Can somebody help me please. I have the E340 doorbell but I’m not getting any notifications on my iPhone 13 Pro Max when the screen is off. I get a pop up when the screen is on but no sound when the screen is on or off, so I miss doorbell notifications when the phone is in my pocket.
I get notifications on my Apple Watch and connected Alexa devices.
I have allowed all permissions on my phone (see screenshots). Has anyone else had this issue?
