Hi i can’t connect the home base 3.

It says “home base unable to connect to the network. Please your connection”

I set it up once before. But now it’s not connecting. I already removed it form my “devices” but whenever I reset I don’t hear the confirmation nor the button turns blue. Nothing.

I am out of ideas.
