I am trying a first install of Homebase 3. The base connects, but as soon as it connects I get the error “connect to HomeKit first” and I cannot go further. I do not have Apple HomeKit. How to fix? I have reset router, wifi, and hard reset the device. It does not show up in APP security, so I cannot delete from my phone. I do have a second set up at another home, which is also not Apple. Suggestions?
