Hi I have two cameras set up. One in Australia (working at the moment) and one in the Philippines (that I’m trying to connect)
Any help how to connect the outdoor camera in the Philippines?

Maybe two Homebase 3s?
Were they both working before?
It may be a time zone issue?
The camera in Australia, that is working, are you located in Australia at the moment?
If you are in Australia, try changing your phones time zone to the Philippines, and see if you can connect to it now.
This is kind of a known bug. Don’t know if they had fixed it as of yet.
This is kind of a workaround for this type of issue.
Ya it might be that the app is set up to run off wifi… Im just assuming but it probably only recognizes one wifi connection per account…
With that being said, I believe Eufy allows you to open two different accounts max…
Try hooking the to to separate accou ts and see if that gets it…
