Hi my camera has not been detecting motion, alerting me and often displaying offline! I have tried everything to troubleshoot from restarting device, deleting device, Re syncing device and such. Please help.
If you’re using a HomeBase try restarting it if not I guess the next thing to try would be to power cycle/restart your home’s Wi-Fi router…
I am having the same problem with mine and I it’s brand new. I just got it, but sometimes it’ll detect it and sometimes it won’t detect huge things that it should detect.
Becareful and don’t brick the camera (happend to me). If it continues after you tried reseting your internet etc and failed to get anywhere contact support.
