Not detecting motion anymore & someone might be breaking in

Recently our camera stopped detecting most motion. The settings that I would normally check have moved or disappeared in the app. Now it is the middle of the night and someone has woken us up by tapping on our basement door, so it is not just an inconvenience. The device is charged and the storage has space.

What should I do?

I have the same cam, both cams are doing the same as you describe, i think it’s a software issue, i think if there was a way to go back to original software it would work again I now have £ 400 of junk and no security
