Hi my Doorbell alerts my phone 5 minutes after being pressed? I have tried everything on eufy site even contacted them via mail x3 can anyone please Help? Thank you in advance

Most likely your WiFi. What are your notification settings for that camera? If it is set with a thumbnail they take a little longer. Try setting it with text only should show up almost instantly then. I have with thumbnail and it is usually maybe 8 seconds
could be low WiFi signal or if connected to Homebase maybe too far away
