Hi,

Today I had 10124 credits on the eufy fan centre

Today I redeemed the 10,000 credits for the £100 gift card

My 10,000 credits was deducted from my account know my account has 124 credits left

I cannot see on the redeemed history the 10,000 was redeemed?

This must be a system error on the app

Usually when I redeem I get a order number and it shows up on the redeemed history

Nothing showing on my history and my 10,000 credits has been taken and missing from my account?

Can anyone help?

Hi, I have contacted eufy support via email they we’re brilliant, it’s all sorted know they have now emailed me the £100 credit voucher all ready to use, thank you eufy support for quick and efficient response and resolving my issues with 24hours
