HKSV recording length

I have 2 cam 2’s and a cam 2 Pro set up in HKSV and for some reason they are only recording 1 second worth of video each in the home up. I’ve stood in front of them each for up to a minute while witnessing the led light on so I know they are recording. Has any one else ran into this issue? If so what did you do to resolve it?
