Homebase 2 no longer recognizes my doorbell 2k

Following a sound problem, I reset my home base 2 and my 2k doorbell. Since then, my basic house no longer recognizes my doorbell. Unable to install. I really tried everything. Thank you for your help

Check if there’s a firmware update for the HomeBase 2.

When you’re connecting your doorbell make sure your cell phone is on your home’s Wi-Fi and Bluetooth is on.

thanks but it is marked that the firmware is up to date. and yes I have already checked for bluetooth and wifi
