I’ve reset my Homebase 2 and now I can’t seem to connect my doorbell anymore . I’ve tried it more than 10 times. Any suggestions?

Are you getting any error messages when it fails to connect?

Do you have your phones Bluetooth on and on your homes Wi-Fi 2.4 GHz band?

Try to reset the doorbell, hold the sync button down for 10 seconds.

It’s pretty resenting, I had to try several ti.es… but make sure it’s right next to the HB2 when pairing…
The doorbell or HB2 puts out a light tone the other device has to pick up… it’ll sound like some kind of audio static…

Maybe delete them re-add it?
