Wired doorbell unable to connect homebase2 (worked well for a short period of time

Hi I have recently purchased the battery doorbell with Homebase2. When connecting for the first time, the homebase2 connected to the security app with no issues. But Unable to connect the device message thrown every time when I try to add the battery doorbell.

I habe the same problem sonce two weeks. Doorbell and two cams regulalry disconnect for randomn period of time. Before it worked well. They must have messed up something with the update
