That doesn’t tell you much, what’s not set up?
Is it connected to your Wi-Fi wirelessly? Are you able to connect an Ethernet cable to the rear of it to see what happens.
If it keeps blinking, you may just have to delete the device from the app and then add it back and do the setup procedure.
