HomeBase 3 Blue light blinking

I tried the Sync button several times on HB3 & the S340 camera & I also tried unplugging the HB3 & plugged it back in + sync button pressed, still no joy.
Last night I shutdown the Wi-Fi & this AM when I switched it back on the HB3 was acting as in subject.
Has anyone else had this happen & if so how did you fix it

Well, according to this_ Flashing Blue: connected to the network successfully but has not been set up.
That doesn’t tell you much, what’s not set up?

:thinking: Is it connected to your Wi-Fi wirelessly? Are you able to connect an Ethernet cable to the rear of it to see what happens.

If it keeps blinking, you may just have to delete the device from the app and then add it back and do the setup procedure.

It was setup & running fine for 3 weeks, then it failed after last night when I shutdown the Wi-Fi.
Ya I have tried using a ethernet hookup 2x but blinking blue light persists.
I suppose my last option is what you suggest.

Also there is a reset hole on the bottom, but that is your last to last option to use if you’re not successful.
You would delete the Device from the app and then with the HB3 still powered on insert a paper clip hold it in until you get a confirmation that it’s resetting.

My delete & redo the setup for the HB3 & S340 cam took about a hour & its working again now.
