Trouble Connecting Homebase

Hi,
First post…

Just purchased the 4 camera kit S3 Pro with Homebase 3. I am having trouble connecting the hub to my router. It is connected directly by cat5 cable - I have looked at the settings and there is no firewall issues and the router sees the unit as being connected, however, the unit just sits there, with the flashing blue telling me to reset and rescan the code etc…

Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, the Homebase LED is flashing blue, which means it is searching the cameras. Are your cameras within 1 meter from the Homebase?
