I bought 2 indoor S350 cameras with homebase 3 and have been using it for about 2 months now , for the second time now both cameras have been down and troubleshooting screen says to press the sync button. I tried pressing sync button on the cameras and the homebase, but both didn’t work. at the end I just unplugged the power plug on Homebase and plug back in, both times that worked. #troubleshoot #tip #fix
