I recently bought Eufy Homebase3 and have 2 solocam S340.
I added myself and one other family member as a family member to the AI. How should this work? Over the course of a couple of months it has not added any strangers, nor has it ever recognized me or the other members of the family.
I häve activated the settings in the camera app, but clearly it doesn’t work for some reason.
Earlier last month i made a completely factory reset of the Hombase and started all over. But still no strangers added or people recognized in the app. The app says that i have the latest firmware. Please help .
