Homebase E: Unable to connect after today’s update

Something got updated today. The App on my iPhone for sure.

For some reason, the Homebase E with 5 cameras is almost always offline now.
The app cannot connect to it.

I restarted the base a few times. Formatted the card when it came back on for a few minutes.

As soon as I try to view a cam feed, or try to change any settings, it cannot be reached anymore.

Checking the network gateway, the Homebase is actually visible. If I kick it off from the network (Wifi), it reconnects.
But in the eufy App, it cannot be connected to.

I have a Homebase 2 in a different location, which is working just fine.

What is going on here?

Eufy doesn’t monitor this board so I would open a ticket with support if you want to get this issue resolved.
