I am new to Eufy and this is my first post, please feel free to point me to another place is this is the wrong forum.
My Security HomeBase S380 does not get recognised by the app, i get an invalid QR code on the base and manually adding the serial number is also invalid. Has anyone got any advise to help?

A few folks mentioned that this also does occur to them.
If you have another device… Another phone or tablet where you can add the home base with try that.
