Hi, Just got a eufy doorbell and tried to load “add device”. Keeps asking if it is a Homebase or doorbell when I try to scan or enter s/n. Customer service closed for Xmas
Any suggestions?

Running into similar issue, I can’t add the device at all, and qr code and manual entry don’t work.
