I have a Homebase 3 connected to my router via Ethernet cable, there are three wirelessly 2cPro cameras (with solar) and a wireless doorbell with power supply connected.
I have had this system for over 9 months.
The system is set up to switch to ‘away’ mode via the geofencing function.
Over the last three months, when away from home, the Homebase unit has been going offline and staying offline until I return, even for short periods of absence.
Has anyone else had similar experiences and does anyone have any clues as to how to fix this problem?
Thanks in advance

I havent heard of that. If you don’t use the grofencing it stays online fine?
When you say it’s going offline, what exactly does that mean? Cameras can’t be streamed remotely? Are events still being recorded? When you get home it just is back online with no manual intervention?
Ok, so while away, I get notifications of movement etc. When trying to view the recording, via both WiFi and 5G, I get the notification that footage can’t load or similar.
I then try to look at the livestream and get a similar result. Looking at the homebase3 in the devices list, it says “offline”.
My home internet connection is still working, as I can access my Alexa device and home heating connection.
Next time it happens, I will try to get a screenshot
The footage is not available when I can access the hub again. This is when I get home and the hub switches mode to home automatically.
I have checked all the connections at both ends and reset the hub all to no avail.
It works perfectly while I am home.
Here are screenshots from this morning. They show exactly what’s happening.
The difference today, is that I am actually home!!
