Home base 3 went into offline mode which meant we had to go through all the cameras setting off 3 alarms to get to the home base and reset the power. It was still sending notifications and tracking motion but showing offline and rendering the app useless. Anyone else had this and why wouldn’t it be smart enough to get itself back online?

Are you saying that your HomeBase is offline and you keep receiving camera notifications on your phone? If so, please check your phone’s mobile network or connect your phone to the same Wi-Fi network as your HomeBase, and try again.
Th issue is with the homebase, going offline for what ever reason. So not controllable by the app. Still sensing movement, seting of and alarms and sending notifications.
