Recently my home base has been going offline and after a reboot it comes back for a while and again goes offline. Is it due to wifi issues ? Any suggestions ?
How is it connected ethernet cable or WiFi? Ideally use ethernwt. If only WiFi is possible, when did you last restart your router?

Last year I had issues I finally decided to replace my cable company suppled modem with a new one from them ( no charge to me) and it helped a lot. the modem runs hot I have a lot of cameras and other devices running on WiFi so I put a small computer fan under it and now it runs cool. Home base definitely works better when connected with a ethernet cable than on WiFi
It is connected to wifi. Restarted like 10 times yesterday lol
The HB3 works way better when it’s connected via wired ethernet. The Wi-Fi to it when it’s trying to connect to your main router just for some reason isn’t very stable. However you might be able to improve that if you have a mesh network setup if you really need to use Wi-Fi for the direct connection.

Definitely could be your internet, reboot your modem and homebase, plug in an Ethernet cable and keep an eye on it. If your provider is Breezeline (just my personal experience, plus no one come at me) it’s most likely your internet.
Connected wirelessly through wifi
Every Saturday when I’m away for the weekend homebase will go down. It’s is connected via WiFi and previously on the mesh network so I changed it directly to the hub. I had the foresight to buy a smart plug so I can kill the power to the homebase 3 when it goes offline. Bang on que went offline. Smart plug did the job.
That’s what I do to but a couple times my smart plug went off line and home base wouldn’t work until I rebooted the smart plug. STUPID WIFI TECHNOLOGY
My homebase s380 was doing the same thing for a month before it completely fried out days after one year warranty - actually had only been in service for ten months. I spent two entire days troubleshooting network, power, you name it. Eufy offered a non warranted replacement but for some reason has not shipped it yet, instead grinding me down with repeated superfluous questions and a demand for an order number they have not provided me. Several agents have promised emails with order number and tracking and I’ve received nothing. I’m thousands into Anker and Eufy and am full of regret for doing so.
Chat told me replacement was now ready to ship - will follow up when it happens and my system rises from the dead.
