My homebase went offline today and now I cannot get it back online. Wanted to see if anyone had any tips? I manually restarted it, restarted my router and tried restarting from the app but that last one didn’t do anything but buffer
If it’s still not back online and you don’t have it connected via a ethernet cable, then try to connect it via Ethernet cable to see if it will come back online.
It is connected with ethernet cord but still not online. Idk what happened
You can either try resetting the Homebase or possibly delete it and reinstall it if absolutely necessary.
Make sure the ethernet cables are secure on both ends, remove them and reinsert them.
If it still doesn’t come back online, then remove the ethernet cable from the rear of the HB then power off the HB and wait 15 seconds, insert the ethernet cable and power up the HB.
