Homekit wait until someone else in this home stops viewing this camera

Hello,
Excuse me for English.
I bought 2k and 2C cameras, everything works perfectly in Homekit.
However, it is not possible for two people to watch the camera when it is in recording mode.

I contacted Apple and it is not a limitation of Homekit, but of the Eufy camera. This would come from a limitation of the firmware.
Is it possible to help me?

Reviving this topic as I’m having this issue on the Cam2 I just installed and added to HomeKit.

Seems to happen when I get a motion notification and if I click on it to go to the Hime app and view the video, I get the attached.
