How come I am not receiving cleaning notifications on my iPhone? Latest iOS installed.

I don’t have the vacuum but last year after the iOS update to 18 my security notification stopped also. Eufy said that they heard of this, told me to delete the app (not just clear the cache) then reinstall I just had to sign back in with my password all my cameras and data was still there and it worked started getting notifications again. Now ios 26 is available I haven’t updated it yet but a little nervous lol
