How do I stop a door sensor giving me a notification every single time I open and close the door? I don’t mind that if I’m out but really I don’t need it if I’m home.
I found something that did stop it which was turning off security notifications. But that also turned off Doorbell notifications which was not really convenient… you’d think they would stay on as the Doorbell notifications were still ticked.
I’m sure it was not like this before. But I’ve just switched to a base 3 from a base 2. There must be some way to just turn off door notifications?
I believe that isn’t the right path as to what you’re looking for.
In the app tap on the Smart tab lower bottom right.
You’ll want to be in the MODE screen and then select your door sensor.
A new screen will appear and you’ll have Home and Away and a few others.
Tap on the Home’s cogwheel settings and there should be a notification box that you can uncheck.
I don’t have that sensor so hopefully it’s there…
