Hi can anyone tell me how you remove someone from having access to view the doorbell please. Separated from partner who has access via his phone. I have tried to reset the doorbell but he still has access . Any advice really appreciated
Try changing wifi password so the network can not be accessed.
If you are the Primary Admin, go in the app menu under Family and Guests and delete the account for the person you wish to remove.
if not the admin and/or for peace of mind might be best to set up new account, reset and start from scratch. That’s what I would do
