My sister owns a Eufy Homebase 3 system. She recently broke up with her boyfriend who has access to her camera’s.
How can she disconnect his app from her system and what should she do to make sure that he’s not using the camera’s in her home?

Remove his account from the shared access list in the app.
I would also change the password for the Eufy account and make sure he doesn’t have access to any shared password manager

What others say is what she need to do but I think she can only do that if she is the primary on the account and not him. Alternatively maybe she can delete everything from the app and do factory reset on everything
I highly suggest she takes all the cameras and resets them ALL manually. That should remove them from all the accounts. She can make a brand new Eufy account and add them. That way, the ex bf doesn’t have access and she doesn’t have access. What if he knows her old Eufy account login/email and attempts to access that? Once his fail. That’s my suggestion!
