Hi, sorry what you mean as âselect timeframesâ and from what os you did?
Hi, itâs been 6 months since I posted this reply, but let me explain.
To download clips you have to use the app on your phone.
You open the app (I use android), if you have the camera running you can press the playback button (camera has to be on) and then you see the video live, the date and a timeline.
You see bits of orange (which are when an alert went off such as a sound was heard) and blue (which is when it recorded and nothing happened). If you move the timeline marker on one of the orange bits then you have a function called âDownloadâ in the lower left of your screen, it will download that part of video to your phoneâs storage.
If you want to download a blue section then you need to move the timeline onto where you want to start and then press ârecordâ which is on the bottom right. All this is on your phone in the app, not on your PC.
After downloading the videos you can then upload/email/whatever them to your computer if need be.
Hi edi823, thanks for your reply
ok what you explained is what I found, thanks for clarification, I found it just annoying if I want to download 1h of blue recordings i have to âkeepâ phone on for 1hâŚ
thanks again
