Hi, newbie here.
Just got the Eufy Cam set up today with a new SD card for extra storage. Where should I put the SD card? My Homebase or my phone? I can’t seem to find a way to access the videos off the Homebase. I can only view then on my phone.
If this is about the first generation eufycam, it’s on the back of the homebase.
You can indeed only view the videos on the phone app.
Okay, so the videos are stored on the Homebase. Is there a way of accessing by plugging the SD card into a computer?
The videos are encrypted so you cannot access them on the computer, just the app.
