I love my eufy camera! How do you save a video?

are u referring to download or backup a video?

Hi, SD card, or save to the homebase, or backup to the eufy cloud service.

They hold our videos hostage, buy more devices, pay subscription and still can’t get videos.

If you got a homebase it will save there.

I thought I was the only one with this issue. Bought subscription, can’t use it

Just save them to your Eufy Homebase or if you have the cameras that require local storage (SD card), just save them on that.

In the camera settings of the app, it gives you the option to trigger the recording once it detects motion or if you want continuous recording on wired cameras or you can manually start recording within the live view as well.
