How to remove SDCard on Stuck Pan & Tilt camera

Hi,

My Pan & Tilt 2K stopped working. It’s frozen in blue/purple light status and gets very warm or even hot. No response after hours nor after cooling down. I assume it’s broken. But none of the support channels for eufy work (chat doesn’t work on app nor on website, email form in website doesn’t work, mailing via email directly getting no answer)

Is there anyway I can get my SD card out? I’d like to re-use that before sending back the defective camera. I tried moving the camera unit by hand, but it’s stuck. I feel like it will break when applying force.
